Super clean and nice place to stay for family for a short visit in LA. - 30-1hr drive away from main touristy spots in LA (already very reasonable commute time because it's LA traffic ) - Close to groceries and great and affordable Asian restaurants if you don't choose to eat in central LA areas - The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, has two parking spaces, spatial backyard and plenty of entertainment in the house to keep our toddler busy - The house has everything you need, even surprised to find air fryer If I have to be super picky, I wish the place would have fewer plugin air freshener, it smells nice but a bit too much fragrance for my toddler.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Excellent location, beds were comfortable, lots of restaurants and beach close by, great walking everywhere and really nice to be in a house with a driveway. Some traffic so ear plugs were good if you're sensitive to noise when you're sleeping.

The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
