Wonderful beach front property - near Balboa Pier, Ferry, & rentals. Enjoy coastal charm of old Balboa with unbeatable location, incredible views, and a family-friendly price. One on-site parking spot. Rental is the 1st floor 4 bed, 2bath of duplex. Our family has rented for 25 years ~ Beach house, sand toys, BBQ, patio and surf. Upper unit shares exterior entrance; locked separate unit door. Thoughtful renters - no pets, smoking, partiers. 9 pm quiet (SLP13141 - includes 10% City Resort Fee)

Short walk to Pacific Ocean and famous 2nd Street filled with restaurants, bars, and shopping. All accessible on foot saving you from finding parking. We are located just off 2nd Street in the heart of Belmont Shore. We are located minutes from Long Beach Marina, Shoreline Village, Aquarium of the Pacific and much more.

Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast on the water. We have much experience and many positive reviews. Thanks for viewing! License SL10139
