Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. The Old Parlour - Rural Location

The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.

Welcome to The Jungle retreat

The Jungle is a peaceful self-contained one-bed barn conversion in the grounds of our village house. It takes its' name from the colourful collection of animal curios we have collected and will delight anyone with a sense of fun and adventure. Guests have commented that the property is much larger than the photographs suggest.

A self-contained studio in Firle Village, with king size double bed and en-suite shower room. The studio is 3 miles from Glyndebourne and a short walking distance to Firle Place for weddings. Charleston, the South Downs Way, Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne are easily accessible. Glynde Station is 25 minutes walk.
