Ideally situated right on The Esplanade, this eighth-floor studio apartment is self-contained and managed independently of Landmark Management. It's available at MORE REASONABLE RATES. Superior Studio Beachside Suites face the ocean and have a higher grade of accommodation, with excellent views from the balcony. Waterfront villa with direct river access

Villa Liakada is located on the riverfront at Mooloolaba with direct access to the buildings private beach from the covered alfresco. Freshly renovated and light-filled this 2 level villa contains 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms and main living area are airconditioned for those warm summer days and cool coastal evenings. The perfect location for a couple or small family 900m walk to the beach, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Enjoy fishing from the complex private pontoon and boat ramp.

Absolute beachfront - Breathtaking Views

This large 3 bedroom unit on the Mooloolaba Esplanade is a large, modern spacious unit that won't disappoint. Everything is at your fingertips - including beach, shops, surf club, restaurants and wonderful walks. Every room has a beachfront view. For the Triathlon or Iron Man it is the absolute prime location - overlooking the finish line and less than 100m to the start and the cycling leg changeover for Tri. For family and spectators you have front row seats from the balcony. Great spot!

KeyPoint canal front apartment Mooloolaba

Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.
