Die zentrale Lage lässt viele Ausflugsziele in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Ob im Winter zum Skifahren, Rodeln, Langlaufen oder Eislaufen oder im Sommer zu frischen Seen mit atemberaubenden Bergkulisse, Wandern oder Sie versuchen die Mountaincarts aus. Nach actionreichen Tagen können Sie in der Unterkunft die Füße hochlegen und entspannen.

Wir desinfizieren das Apartment nach jedem Gast,das Stillvolles 3 Zimmer Apartment mit Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Wasch/Trockner Terrasse Kinoausblick auf die Berge Innsbrucks Nähe Zentrum von Innsbruck (10Min. mit Tram) Privatparkplatz kann um €5,00pro Tag vor Ort gebucht werden! Gratis parken auf Straße Café Tee sind im Apartment und können kostenlos benutz werden! Ab 01.01.2020 bin ich verpflichtet von jedem Gast pro Nacht € 2,00 im bar für den Tourismusverband zu kassieren.

Lovely, central one bedroom apartment with balcony

This 34m² apartment is situated in the heart of Innsbruck and supplies all basic needs incl. guest tablet. It lies on the second floor and is freshly renovated. Many main attractions (old town, Golden Roof, theatre, Congress, christmas market, cable car to the mountain, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in 5 minute walking-distance. A big shopping mall (Kaufhaus Tyrol) and the railway station are a 10 minute walk. No need for a car but parking garage under the house max 15€/24h

Friendly apartment - wonderful view over Wörgl

Great flat with mountain view! The flat is your perfect starting point for a great time in the Kitzbühel Alps. Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. I am already looking forward to meeting you.

Warm & homely high ceiling flat

Welcome to our charming apartment which feels like home. You will have your own 55qm apartment with a spacious bathroom, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a wooden balcony. In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

Bright and spacious apartment 100m2 apartment in the City Center very central and quiet with a south side balcony and a wonderful view to the mountains and overlooking a big green courtyard. 800 meters to the main train station and 500 meters to the city center. Everything you would like to reach is within a short walk´s distance : The Old City and Main Train station, the University, the river Inn as well as numerous restaurants and shops.

Our country house is located in a very quiet but central location. The ski areas Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen are easily reachable by skibus. In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!
