Von hier aus können Sie mit dem Rucksack gleich loswandern- die Josefstaler Wasserfälle erreichen Sie bereits nach 10 Gehminuten. Im Winter gelangen Sie ins Skigebiet Spitzingsee in 10-15 min mit dem Bus (Haltestelle 100m) - oder eigenem Auto. (Für E-Auto: Ladestation vorhanden). Wir möchten die Wohnung nur an Familien mit max. 2 Kindern oder an 2 Erwachsene vermieten.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).
