Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. One very comfortable queen size bed. As well, a leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. Cottage in the city. Driveway parking + funky

Attn: An EXTERIOR Reno is being done that is currently on hold & It's funky not fancy This suite features: - Driveway parking right beside the entrance - Colour changing LED lit bathroom - 2 beds, couch and TV with streaming box - Separate entrance - Kitchenette - Lots of privacy - AC in summer. Disclaimer: - It is small, about the size of a hotel room. - Prim and proper pple might not like We love to host and provide hauled water, coffee, tea and breakfast as something extra just for you.

Luxury Getaway Suite with Sauna , Pool Table ,

Note * There are stairs down to the suite. Sauna, pool table, jet tub. Relax in the infrared sauna or enjoy a soothing bath in the jet tub. Play a game of pool or relax on the leather furniture in front of the electric fireplace. The Smart 50" TV has Netflix and cable. Hi Speed internet at 134 mnbp RO filtered water on the fridge , the kitchen fully equipped. There is a wall mounted tv in the bedroom. A private outside yard has lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. Milk and Honey Acres - A Family Country Haven

We are on ten acres,ten minutes NE of Lloydminster. You can enjoy the gardens, the chickens and a large fire pit to roast wieners and marshmallows. Indoors we have a sauna , a small sitting area with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a full kitchen. It can sleep six very comfortably and 9 when you include the couch and two small air mattresses. Breakfast is served upstairs or can be eaten outside on the deck.($15 per adult and $10 for children 12 and under)please book in advance.
