Frappo al Carmine è un piccolo e accogliente appartamento (posto al piano terra, e pertanto non ci sono scalini da fare) finemente ristrutturato situato nel centro storico di Firenze, nel caratteristico quartiere di San Frediano. L'appartamento si affaccia direttamente in Piazza del Carmine, nel cuore dell'Oltrarno fiorentino, a pochi passi dai più importanti monumenti della città. La casa dispone di un soggiorno con divano letto, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno finestrato. Tv e wifi.

Independent loft on the Florence's Hills

A few km from the City center of Florence not far from Villa Demidoff park, on the hills, a small and cozy independent loft with private entrance from the Villa's garden. A little hall, bathroom with shower and a large panoramic room on two levels. Breakfast is served in the morning on the panoramic terrace. A beautiful BBQ is in common with the property owner. Reachable from the City center with a comfortable train in 12 minutes. Lift to public transport ( 2 km ) is offered if required.",

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Vicinissimo a Firenze, nella quiete della campagna e in una zona molto più fresca della città Una casa indipendente circondata da un giardino riservato agli ospiti . Al piano terra sala da pranzo con angolo cucina, camera da letto e bagno. Al piano inferiore salottino con divano e una stanza giochi. Nel giardino sono disponibili un barbecue, una zona coperta ed un playground per il basket. La privacy è assicurata da una fitta siepe. Parcheggio privato con accesso esclusivo.

Charming Renaissance Apartment at train station

The guests have access to the whole apartment, including one big master bedroom, two large bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen area and an open terrace. The neighborhood and the area where is located the property is very livable and at the same time safe. It is also very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella of Florence and that's why it is common that our guests approach the apartment using the train service.

Appartamento Centro Firenze

Welcoming Tuscan-style apartment located in the center of Florence a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station. Situated on the second floor in a historical building in the center of the city. Bright indipendent apartment, on the first floor of a terraced house is located in the central area of San Jacopino, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 25-minute walk from the Duomo (or 15 minutes by bus). It is also close to the new Social Hub Florence, la Fortezza da Basso and Musical May Theater making it a convenient location for exploring the city.
