Super luxe loft apartment on the Arno with terrace

Urban luxury loft space - perfectly located - close to the station and city center - posed next to the Arno. Top luxury finishings - super modern- access to huge terrace - a great relaxing space. Fully equipped and close to grocery stores, bakery, and one of the best Fish bars in Florence. Once you drop your suitcase you will not want to leave. The apartment in on the residential side of the Arno - about a 12 walk to the center. Super relaxing and very accessible. Much street parking.

Porta al Prato Home Design Near the Station S.M.N

Modern and welcoming studio flat, recently and tastefully renovated with fine finishes. It is in a strategic position to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot and just 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella station. The property is used in front of the historic Porta al Prato, the ancient access to the walls of the current pedestrian centre. Next door there is also the tram stop (1 stop from the station and the connection to the airport).
