I had a great one month stay! It was a dream to be just steps from the beach, and had everything I needed for my stay. Great high speed internet and Brandt even upgraded the office chair in the bonus room while I was there so it was super comfortable working remotely! 🙂 The bed was super cozy and the shower had great water pressure. A few things to keep in mind would be that although it is your own private apartment, you are within Brandt’s property where he also lives & hosts other guests in the cottage next door. Also the AC was nice but as there are no windows in the bedroom, I suggest keeping the front door open as much as possible to allow airflow. Overall great stay and Brandt was super accommodating!

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente durante el fin de semana. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. La ubicación es perfecta para descansar, con acceso rápido a la playa y un ambiente muy tranquilo. El anfitrión fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. Se nota el cariño con el que mantienen el lugar. Ideal para relajarse, compartir en familia o con amigos. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

100% recomendado... Todo excelente en el alojamiento. lEl departamento en muy buenas condiciones y con todo lo necesario (sobre todo una cocina muy completa). Las personas a cargo siempre atentas y con una gran iniciativa para darte recomendaciones y saber si todo estaba bien. Lo más importante es que te sientes muy seguro tanto en el departamento como en la zona de la playa (que por cierto es hermosa y con una gran ubicación y facilidad para llegar). Regresaremos sin duda alguna.

La casa es divina para niños y personas mayores de edad (por la facilidad de las habitaciones en planta baja) . Las fotos como se detallas son exactas como leí anteriormente hay algunas cositas que hacer por mantenimiento pero nada que perturbe tu estancia. Cuando salí estaban justamente arreglando ciertos temas . En realidad mi familia y yo pasamos días increíbles frente al mar.

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

This Airbnb is located inside a gated community, a safe place to stay if you’re traveling in Ecuador. The beach right across is beautiful and great for walks but not really recommend going in there if you have kids with you. It’s useful to rent a car for longer stays as the house is located just outside Ballenita and there’s plenty of other beaches close by to explore. There’s a nice swimming pool in the neighborhood and a little “tienda” a few houses down, really convenient if you don’t have a ride to go back into town for basic stuff. Only thing I didn’t like was not having wifi available inside the house so be aware of it if you need it for home office. The hosts were nice and very responsive, I had a little issue at the beginning of my stay but the owner was very quick to offer a solution to the problem which I appreciate. Overall happy with the stay, thanks!
