Zero shared airspace! 4-5 minute walk to the Beach, next to a lake, Playground, Visitor's Center, State Park. Walking distance to three restaurants. Walk north across Pier Avenue and past the bridge. There you will see a trail entrance. This trail has a canopy of trees as you walk around the lake. Walk around the lake toward the ocean. Turn right at the street that will take you through the dunes and the magnificent ocean view will open to you. Turn left and then return on Pier Av.

Perched on 23 acres amidst rolling hills and breathtaking views, this rustic retreat comes lined with grape vines and a private pond.
