3 Bedroom Villa with pool 30 second walk to beach

This villa is nestled in a beautiful little gated community, just steps from Mullins beach. The villa is peaceful, secluded and perfect for entertaining, barbequing or to simply relaxing on the lounge beds by the lap pool. If desired, it is fully air-conditioned and incredibly comfy, inside and out! Just a short walk down the beach, you will find the "Sea Shed" restaurant! Here you will find plenty of drinks, great food, beach chairs and umbrellas! The perfect place to spend a day in the sun!

West Coast 3 Bedroom Villa

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout. Fast WiFi. The villa is set in a good sized enclosed garden. Approx 10 min walk to a beach with water sports/sun beds for hire. Includes free access to a beachfront Members Only pool, less than a 10 min walk away. The Barbados Government Shared Economy Levy must be paid to my Management Company during your stay. The rate is 10% of the total rental cost. This is a legal requirement.

Bring the whole family to this spacious villa located in Palm Avenue, Sunset Crest. Beautiful garden and large patio area for outside dining Central location seven minute walk to the beach, shops and bus stop. Access to the pool at the Sunset Crest Beach Club. Spacious living room with Cable TV & Excellent WIFI. Dining area for family meals. Spacious kitchen including all essentials, with washer and dryer. Welcome to Palm Villa. Our luxurious three bedroom, two bathroom private home is located on the stunning West Coast of Barbados. Set in a quiet and safe residential area, the villa is less than a five minute walk to beautiful beaches, a supermarket and a wealth of fantastic bars and restaurants. The villa is one of very few in the area to benefit from its own pool. As a guest of Palm Villa, you will also be able to use the facilities of the Sunset Crest Beach Club.
