Situated in Sandown in a quiet Cul-de-sac with parking for three cars on the drive and within easy walking distance of the beach and countryside. New to the market from March 2023 the property has been fully furnished and decorated throughout. Previously the owners private home its a great place to make memories. The old bank was build in 1850 and was used as a bank until few years ago. Very unique, full of character and charm. We offer Wightlink discounts upon request. We offer free car parking at "Station Avenue Carpark" on the day of arrival from 3.30pm and on the day of departure until 10.30 am. The entrance to the holiday let is on Guadeloupe Lane.
