Highcliff Cottage at Luccombe is a dream holiday retreat, secluded and tranquil. A 100m high clifftop garden oasis overlooking Sandown Bay and the south of England. Relax on the deck, listen to the bird song and breathe in the fresh air. Situated between Shanklin and Ventnor, the Cottage is designed in the boathouse style with beautiful detailing inside and out, with exclusive use of a large garden and access to a spectacular cliff terrace. The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is at the front gate.

Bedroom one has one double bed, bedroom two has a triple bunk (double bed & single on top). One bathroom with bath & shower over bath. Parking for one vehicle. Smart TV & WI FI. Perfect for families. Directly opposite a huge green/park & walking distance to all you need. Bus stop outside, great regular service.

Quaint Coach House Cottage in the heart of the IOW

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. As well as being near the beach, Dove Cottage is within walking distance to the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes that Ventnor has to offer. There are many scenic coastal paths nearby leading to places such Bonchurch, Steephill Cove and St Lawrence.

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Our Annexe sits within the conservation area of Ryde with uninterrupted views across the Solent. It forms part of a large Regency property but has an independent access and off-street parking. With it's beaches, harbour, bustling town centre and easy mainland links, Ryde has become a popular destination for many people all year round. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
