Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

La vecchia fattoria Ferretti è divenuta un accogliente casa di campagna formata due appartamenti indipendenti. Il più grande dei due è l’Abitazione del Lauro, un grande spazio su due piani con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi che scegliendo questo spazio soggiorneranno poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici del nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Grazie alla posizione tranquilla in cui si trova, è l'ideale per una pausa rilassante o come punto di partenza per raggiungere, a piedi o con le bici, i siti storici.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

House in Farm

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
