(ca. 42 m²) ist rollstuhlgerecht. Es steht ein eigener reservierter Parkplatz für Rollstuhlfahrer im Carport zur Verfügung. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Quartier 39 Apartments is located in the beautiful area of Kitzbühel in St. Johann in Tirol. The apartment will be finished in August 2017 and everything is brand new and pure luxury. It is a 62m2 large with 2 bed rooms, 2 baths with both showers and toilets and a living room with another sleeping couch, so a total of 6 people can be hosted. It´s a beautiful 30m2 terrace with a great view on the Kitzbühler Horn is great for moonshine romantic evenings, or just eat and grill.
