We loved our stay in the casita! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Eric was a thoughtful, responsive host who even let us check in early as our trip got us into town early afternoon before 3. The surrounding area is beautiful and feels very safe. Everything was just as the listing said and we would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

This place was TOP NOTCH! A+++ It is EXACTLY as described. It was gorgeous! Clean. Classy. Modern. The chickens out back were adorable. The bathtub was dreamy. We were in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place is very continently located to shops and restaurants. Beautiful home. Great Safe neighborhood. I asked the host a question and she immediately responded. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! We were sooo very pleased with everything about this experience.

This was our 1st time to Arizona and using Airbnb for a place to stay. The process was easy and simple. The photos and descriptions were better in person. The cottage house was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, it was very clean and everything was in ordered. The welcome basket was a plus offering snacks and literature for us to explore the area. Communication was always opened and always available. Everything was perfect that we didn’t need to communicate but we knew that Erik and Bridget were just a call away. The neighborhood was very peaceful. This place felt like home away from home. So happy that we chose this place. It was literally close to everything. I booked sofia’s place for my employees that are working on a commercial project in Payson. My employees were so happy when they checked in. Place was clean, had great hot showers and very comfortable. Plus, they were welcomed to the residence with a plate of fresh baked cookies. They have begged me to continue to book this location for future work in Payson. Prices were great and definately worth it for the comfort offered for my employees. Host very communicative & responsive. Easy check in & out.

Ive actually visited Jagjots place a few times because it's quiet and feels safe. Jagjot is quick to respond and friendly. The home feels clean and uncluttered. It's a great little place. Thank you Jagjot!

A very convenient location, close to everything. Truly enjoyed the host and his fiancé. Lovely accommodations and really enjoy the comfortable bed and the Jacuzzi.

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

An incredible place to stay! Was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Jessica always responded immediately to my questions. There was a short power outage during my stay and when I reached out to Jessica, she immediately responded about there being a power outage in the area. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. This place never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and would definitely return. The casita offers many extras including a welcome basket filled with snacks and waters. There are condiments, cooking/storage supplies, shampoo/conditioner and lots of other thoughtful toiletries. The king size bed is very comfortable. The location is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs just steps from the door. We would highly recommend!

Robert's instructions were helpful & we really enjoyed the little extras he had ready for our use (coffee, plastic silverware, sunscreen, lotion, backpacks, etc.)! The place was just the right size & in just the right location for our needs! We were there to visit family & do some hiking. I do agree that the bathroom sink is a little high & tight to the toilet, but that is just a little thing, not a deal breaker by any means. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay there again!

Lynn's place was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and safe. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks on a business trip. I love the small details like the white noise speaker, and the tea and coffe. Lynn was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay at her place again, if we go back to Tempe.
