Clive Dawson designed (2400 square feet) this Mediterranean home in the beautiful Malibu Bowl area of Corral Canyon, Malibu. Light and airy with dramatic high ceilings, large windows, french doors, hardwood floors, open kitchen, large decks with beautiful canyon and mountain views. Large lushly landscaped backyard including fruit trees, walking paths and sitting areas. STUNNINGLY MAGICAL GARDEN! (Help yourself to any fruit that is ripe) One of the newest homes on the mountain with the largest/most private yards in the neighborhood. A few miles to the beach, Nobu, and the famous Solstice & Back Bone Trails! Master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Guests will have access to the entire 3 bed room 3 bathroom 2400 square ft home. The guests also have access to the back patio/porch and ENTIRE fenced in back yard. The only areas the guests can not access are the locked cleaning closet and garden efficiency located under the porch, where the owners stay occasionally. (Separate entrance private from the house) Malibu is known for its celebrity homes and beaches, including wide Zuma Beach. To the east is Malibu Lagoon State Beach, known as Surfrider Beach. Inland, trails weave through canyons, waterfalls and grasslands in the Santa Monica Mountains. We are only a couple miles from the beach! There are 3-4 parking spots on the street.

Deck House with Mountain View, mins to beach

Private Spacious house, mountain views inside and out, huge deck, hot tub, 3 king beds, games room-ping pong, foozeball, piano, superfast Wifi, 2 amazon tvs,fireplace,free parking, short walk to Topanga State Park, endless hiking trails, short drive to beach and Malibu. Bamboo floors, leather couches, chefs kitchen with expresso machine, blender, toaster, new memory foam mattresses, new super soft bed linens/towels, dining table inside and outside. Peaceful nature. Private, secluded.

Welcome to our house on a gated property, with full access to backyard & salt-water swimming pool. Remodeled, spacious studio with high ceilings, kitchen, walk-in closet, bathroom, & outdoor BBQ. Modern tree house in the heart of Topanga canyon

The house sits beautifully in the canyon, its organic feel and yet modern design transcends the idea of California living by blending indoor/outdoor through massive windows, incredible ceiling heights and stunning views. Nestled in the canyon, but only 5 min from Topanga town with its shops and restaurants and 10 min from the beach.
