Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

In just a 10 min walk from the parking, you'll find Studio Juwel on the sunny end of Lomattenstrasse. In front of the house is a busstop to take you in winter to the skilifts for free. Not even 50m away is the nearest supermarket. You'll find all you need in the Studio: renovated bathroom ('26), fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher. Small double bed, relaxing chairs, extendable dining table, TV, balcony with a bit of mountain view and lots of afternoon sun!

Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen die Lage. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos.

It is a comfortable and generous studio of 37sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.

Le chalet à été transformé en 2011 à partir d'une grange-écurie typique du Valais ; des murs en madrier sur un soubassement de pierres.
