Join me for an afternoon of chocolatey bliss as we learn the art of crafting decadent truffles together. We'll taste delicious chocolates, roll our own creations, and maybe even share a few sweet secrets along the way. This two-hour experience is fun for curious individuals, great for teams, and families. We'll start with tea and my chocolate love story. We'll explore single-origin chocolates from around the world, highlighting their unique flavors, exploring the chocolate-making process, and how you are connected to a cacao bean farmer. Dive into truffle making. I’ll guide you through the process of rolling truffles, with a variety of fillings and coatings for you to customize. Ready to take on the day, we check out the fortune cookie factory and take a peek inside! I will host a cooking class with my wife Dalia to teach everyone how to make falafel and hummus. Guests will arrive to appetizers and juice. We will have a brief introduction to the history of Z Zoul and what it means to welcome people into a culture through food. We will then all have a hands on falafel and hummus making class. Once the falafel have been cooked, the guests will eat what they've made as part of a bigger meal. We will work with the guests to prepare a meal that caters to all dietary restrictions. Dahlia's "Roz Billaban" rice pudding will be served for dessert along with "Jabana," Sudanese coffee with cardamom and dried ginger.
