Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property. Walking distance to the famous Pilot pub and Fish Shack.

An airstream and cabin in the garden provides further creative accommodation with en-suite bathrooms. Camber sands is a blue flag beach enjoyed by families for generations.

Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located on the widest sweep of the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Bohemian cottage in the heart of Deal

A comfortable and stylish cottage in the heart of Deal, this little place is full of charm, colour and light. Just a stone's throw from the busy High Street and train station, it provides a convenient and characterful base for exploring the town, the local coastline and the wider East Kent region, with its picturesque walks, beaches, and many excellent golf courses. Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The garden is sunny and has outside seating to make the best of warm evenings.

Ours is a lovely old fisherman's cottage which sleeps 3 and is set in the heart of the 'Old Town' of Hastings, found up a pedestrian only 'twitten' or alleyway (not on a road). The position is quiet and secluded having a small front southern facing garden and only one minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Please note that the cottage has steep stairs. We also have two lovely ensuite rooms available at our family home B&B in Kilndown 30 minutes away.

Barefoot Beach House

Awesome weather boarded beach house on the stunning sandy beach at Camber, East Sussex, under 2 hours from London. Enjoy barefoot beach living in a gorgeous house where the beach is your front garden. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at £35 per dog per stay. Dogs have free run of the entire beach from October to May. Between May and September you will need to walk 50 metres along from the house to reach the dog friendly section of beach.
