Oh my goodness! our stay at Saint Lake Catherine in Wells,VT absolutely wonderful. My brother, his wife, a very good friend,and myself enjoyed our time there so much. It's definitely a place we hope to revisit soon. Alison is so responsive to your every question. The home is in the perfect setting. The Lake, the beautiful Mountains,the country store, the people were so friendly, The fresh produce. Everything. The very best part is the home though, sitting right on the lake. First time I've vacationed and didn't want to leave the house. I could've just sat there and breathe in the air and atmosphere all day long. The quiet peaceful cottage in Wells. My favorite place to visit to this day. If you're looking for a place to absolutely relax, this is the place. I will never forget The Cottage in Wells, VT

Nestled riverside, this Vermont barn-turned-haven was pure magic! Modern design met rustic charm, creating a homey, light-filled space. Imagine waking to the gentle murmur of the river, just steps from your door. Kayaking at dawn? Yes! Evenings by the fire pit, under a blanket of stars? Absolutely. The renovated barn boasted sleek, clean lines, yet retained its warm, original character. Every detail, from the plush linens to the fully equipped kitchen, spoke of thoughtful hospitality. A true escape, where nature's symphony played on repeat. Unforgettable!

Our family of five just spent Thanksgiving at the lake house. Its size and layout accommodated us well - having the second frig became necessary. It’s a lovely place and stunning views from almost every window. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

Great location for Okemo ski trip. House had a really good layout for two families. We enjoyed the big kitchen, pool table, hot tub, and 3 full bathrooms. The sun room looking across the lake was perfect for morning coffee and group puzzling. Melissa was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond accommodating us when we needed to move our check in date to one day earlier. If you stay, make sure to check out Crowley Cheese nearby. Delicious Vermont cheddar. We would gladly return!

This was our third year at the Spiral Cottage for our annual girls trip!! Lisa is SO responsive and accommodating and we always have an absolute blast at her place. Thank you Lisa!!

What a great place! Came up for a few days of ice fishing and couldn't be happier. The place was just as described and had everything we needed and more. The property and the lake were beautiful. Lee gave clear directions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were hoping to find - quite and peaceful location surrounded by fruit loop filled foliage. Steph provided clear instructions and guidance to get to any gain access to the property. We feel blessed to have had our family gather to hike, fish, canoe, and cook s’mores by the fire pit. We couldn’t have had a better stay (unless it were a longer stay :). Very grateful!

Kate was a great host. The cottage was rustic and cozy, the view of the lake was magnificent. She was responsive and went above and beyond to help us when we had questions. We will definitely stay there again when we need an escape.

The lake front cabin has great views and peaceful surroundings. The lake was frozen, so kids enjoyed ice fishing and watching the stars. We had plenty of snow for sledding and skiing in Killington. John made sure the driveway was clean and safe at all times. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Madelyn’s place for our weekend ski trip. It was conveniently located close to Killington and was fairly spacious.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin as always! It is such a perfect beautiful spot, private and quiet and comfortable. The screened in porch is a fave, the place has everything you need from cooking stuff to cozy blankets, board games books life jackets, they think of everything. We will be back!

We spent a weekend and had our two kids and one dog with us. It was a little cabin set near multiple other cabins, and was perfectly functional for our needs. We used it as a home base to go hiking, biking, and fishing. If you’re into biking, Slate Valley trails are incredible and the local gravel roads are too. It was our 2nd time at Lake St Catherine, and we love the area. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we’d definitely come again!

Ur right on the pond ! Very relaxing! Nice fishing ! Great place for a vacation! The water was warm for swimming! Been going for 4 years ! Never disappointed!

Perfect spot for a ski weekend!! Just minutes from Okemo, beautiful and peaceful location. Great communication from Jessica on all things house related as well as things to do nearby, restaurant recommendations. House was full of amenities, felt right at home. We will be back!

I have ties to this beautiful lake and feel fortunate for the opportunity to stay at Buttercup. While the camp was built many years ago and still has the original camp charm, it has many updates. ("old school" husband got a kick out of Alexa) It was very comfortable for eight people. There is no A/C but John does have fans. We also brought some of our own, and luckily temps dropped back into the high 70's - mid 80's, so we really didn't need/use all of them. We all loved fishing from the dock and kayaks. The steps down, so you can walk into the lake are great (especially for older people), and not all places have that feature. We cooked dinners 3 times while there, and I can't think of anything that wasn't there to do so. I think the only notable thing (for us) is the parking. The gravel driveway is a little hard to see and go down.( for us flatlanders from FL) There is a parking area at the side of the road by the garage where we parked and let our son from TN park downhill Thanks

This is a place that we are fortunate to go to each year. Our entire family loves the cabin and peaceful lake. I think this is our 7th year. If you’re looking for tranquil, this is the perfect place. I’m so grateful Sharon makes this home available for people to enjoy. We will continue to make sure we fit in a time each year to take advantage of the opportunity to stay and truly rest, we truly enjoy her place ! Thank you

Harold’s Place was amazing! The lake is clean and clear. The house was very comfortable and everything was spotless. Our dog loved it and she relaxed like we’ve never seen before! Harold was amazing with his suggestions on where to go also brought us out onto the lake and took us for a tour and fishing. He is very knowledgable of the area and all things Vermont. We are definitely coming back next year!

Loved our stay!

Stayed with a group of 5, and it was a lovely and cozy experience. Even though the rain thwarted our hiking plans, it was worth it with the cabin and lakeview itself and of course the dogs and cats! Jennifer was extremely responsive, and the only thing to note is there is a slight odor to the water, which you are told in advance. Otherwise, our group definitely hopes to come back here with our own dogs and hopefully to see the cows next time!!
