The Cottage at Gilbert Landing

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Cozy Italian interior cottage near TIEC

Beautiful small home designed after many trips to Italy! Located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities! 5-8 minutes away, you can find an Ingles supermarket with a Starbucks and gas station, a Walmart, an ALDI and other convenient stores.

Cozy corner cottage

Cozy Cottage is located in one of the most charming little towns you have ever met❤️ We are in the foothills of western North Carolina and a short 20 minute drive to Tryon International Equestrian Center. We are one hour to Asheville, NC and the Blue RIdge Parkway. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock Park are within 30 minutes also. A quick stroll from our front door will take you the heart of our town where you will find local restaurants, boutiques and the Thermal Belt Trail.

Mill Spring home near TIEC and Lake Lure *2 Beds

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bathroom cottage in the Mill Spring, NC area, includes entire house. Situated only 10 miles from beautiful Lake Lure and 6.6 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center, it's the perfect little private getaway for your time in the area. If you're wanting to bring your furry friend(s), please note that they need to be approved first. The pet fee is nonrefundable and is $75 per pet. The property includes a large back yard.

Mountain views, pets welcome-lake and river access

We have power and no damage from the hurricane. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy a fenced yard with big mountain views. Very private and quiet. The couch pulls into a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. It's in Riverbend community with a river and 2 small lakes. Swimming, beach (sand), walking trail, picnic, kayak, bike all within the community. No dogs are allowed at the beach area. Walk dogs on a leash.
