The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Haven Under the Oaks offers a cozy, inviting space to relax while you are visiting the Asheville area. Located in South Asheville, you are 13 miles from the heart of downtown and The Biltmore Estate. It is less than five miles from the Asheville Airport and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Easy access to Brevard and Hendersonville. The Tryon Equestrian Center is an easy 35 mile drive via I-26. Dedicated work space with high speed wifi. Bright, open living space with plenty of room to enjoy.
