Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. The property is located on our family farm and we are lucky to be surrounded by wonderful countryside whilst being very accessible from a number of major roads. We are on the northern edge of the Cotswolds and 15 minutes away from Stratford-upon Avon. Villages such as Chipping Camden, Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold are only a short drive away.

We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
