There is great history behind the hotel. The Vergulden Eenhoorn was established in 1702 as a city farm and used to be one of very few farmhouses the city of Amsterdam has. Together with the city of Amsterdam the farmhouse was fully renovated to modern standards, while maintaining the historic value and its features. Our Usual room is anything but usual. At The Usual everything is beautifully designed with maximum comfort. The open bathroom layout ensures a sense of spaciousness while maintaining privacy, with a separate toilet and rainfall shower area. Naturally, you can expect all The Usual features, including our signature beanbag for added comfort. If you require two separate beds, please reach out.
