This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Villa Lyckebo ligger med utsikt över havet, helt omgiven av sädesfält. Vi finns utanför Kämpinge (Höllviken) och endast 20 minuter från Malmö. Vi erbjuder närheten till Skanör med Falsterbo samt hela Söderslätt. Vi erbjuder 2 st fint renoverade dubbelrum i nedervåningen av villan. Förutom de 2 mycket smakfullt inredda rummen finns en "lounge", ett "sparum" och toalett. Egen ingång och helt separat från det övriga huset. Källarvåningen är renoverad och är uppvärmd. Däremot saknas dagsljus.
