The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Located in a rural setting with private natural geothermal water just outside your door. Come soak your bones and delight your spirit! 30' diameter yurt has one queen bed and two full sized futons (all bedding included), with AC/Heating Kitchenette with refrig/freezer, hot/cold drinking water dispenser, microwave, crockpot, airfryer, waffle maker, coffee maker, electric skillet, utensils and table settngs. Private one bedroom apt. overlooking the Snake River. Semi rural area just across the river from Lewiston, Id. There are no steps and we have ample off street parking. Just 10 minutes from the Lewiston airport. The apt. features a small living room with a double recliner, small dining table with 2 chairs, a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove/oven but we do have a dbl hot plate, toaster oven and lots of kitchen cooking gadgets. Bedroom with Queen bed, bath w/shower.
