This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Excellent location, very responsive host and you have everything that you need for a week’s trip to New York. It’s like a home away from home. Highly recommend this apartment. The location is unbeatable - literally few blocks away from Times Square but still far away from all the craziness.

We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment! Everything was brand new, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect — close to Manhattan but in a nice, quiet area. The apartment had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Loved our stay here . Parking was not an issue as that was a concern because of the street parking . We were able to park right around d the house at all times . Quick and easy walk to penn station to get into NYC . Would definitely recommend this place again .

Great location and stay

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Beautiful & Charming. Large windows with great shades! It’s great to be able to see outside yet close the shades when you need it to be dark. The Hotel Staff is very quick to respond to any needs, very pleasant when checking in. There is a restaurant/bar; so convenient. Also, I liked having a secure place to leave my luggage while I ran errands on checkout day. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was our home for 3 months. Moving from AZ to NY was challenging, and Marin's AirBnB gave us time to fully settle. The place has everything we needed, the block is quiet and peaceful. Ashley (neighbor/ tenant upstairs) is absolutely amazing. She made an already good experience, and made it a great one. We specially want to thank her for her warm welcome.

Le logement d’Helen était très bien et assez calme par rapport à d’autres commentaires que nous avions pu voir à propos d’autres logements New-Yorkais, ou des retours d’amis à nous. C’est ce que nous recherchions et n’avons pas été déçus. Isolé à l’arrière de l’hôtel, nous étions tranquilles. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les réceptionnistes et toutes les informations étaient très claires. Le logement était propre et bien aménagé, avec du mobilier de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le grand lit très confortable et les draps agréables. C’était plaisant de s’y allonger le soir puis d’y dormir, après nos 30000 pas de la journée ! Ah ah ! Le logement est assez sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout car nous partions tôt et rentrions en fin de journée, donc nous n’y étions que très peu durant notre séjour. Bref, c’était vraiment très bien ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

James es una persona muy amable. Siempre estuvo pendiente y en comunicación. La ubicación del alojamiento esta muy cerca de la línea 1 del metro (a solo dos cuadras que toman 3 minutos caminando), esto te permite llegar a la mayoría de los principales lugares por visitar en Nueva York. Agradecemos mucho el café que podiamos tomar en la mañana en el alojamiento y las botellas disponibles para tomar. En la época del año que viajamos preferimos abrir la ventana de la habitación para no pasar calor, pero en verano probablemente sea necesario utilizar el aire acondicionado y solo sugeririamos algún ajuste/arreglo al mismo para disminuir el ruido que produce al encerderlo. Kwami tuvo unaactitud muy colaboradora y a pesar de que llegue mas tarde del horario establecido me atendio cordialmente. Recomiendo el alojamiento pues responde a lo que se indica y esta en un lugar muy tranquilo.

Very good place for staying either short term or long term. Gabrielle and Richard are responsive before and throughout my stay. The place is 5min walk from the nearest subway station, can easily get to everywhere. Love the three cute cats!!! Exactly paradise for cat lovers!

Beautiful home! Looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean & well stocked with all of the necessary essentials needed. Hosts were prompt with responding and made sure that we were comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze. Super simple. I definitely recommend this listing if you’re planning on traveling to Airmont.

My twin sister and I decided to go to New Jersey last minute, we found this place in Belleville. It is a beautiful apartment which is located in the center of everything. We didnt get a chance to visit every place, but now we know for next time. The apartment is very clean and it has all the necessary amenities. The bed is super comfortable 10/10 recommend. Amazing place!

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

Ruth was such a great host!! She was extremely flexible and reasonable — and the location was beautiful. Me and my group of friends were able to have such a nice time, stress free at Ruth’s Airbnb!

Had an amazing time at Michele’s place. Very comfortable and homey vibes! Would stay there again if ever back in the area. Highly recommend to stay here if ever visiting the area. Michele was also always very attentive and made sure we were good at all times.

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings
