This clean, modern space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous scenery. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level. Private entrance, heated floors, and ice-cold AC. Two smart T.V's, one in the bedroom and the living room. Well-stocked kitchenette and nice refrigerator. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. A nice grill and campfire space are provided. Pets are welcome.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Home was built in 2024 so everything is new. We offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for a standard stay. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. This unique property offers a country feel while being close to the Twin Cities. You will have about 800 sq. ft. to relax in or sit out by a campfire, enjoy a walking trail, or rest in a hammock. All this is a 10 minutes drive from Cabela's, the Outlet Mall in Albertville, and Hillside mountain bike trails in Elk River.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.
