Wellfield Road is a quiet high street with café bars, restaurants, shops including a Tesco Express all on the doorstep. Roath Park is a short walk, and the city centre's just 1 mile. The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Free on-street parking is available in front of the garden studio. This cosy studio features a double bed, a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. It is equipped with amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and coffee-tea. Ideal for solo travellers or couples looking for a central, comfortable, and affordable base in Cardiff!

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Enjoy - Sky multi room and 2 smart TVs, wifi, nespresso coffee machine a good quality bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

A compact, quiet and private hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.
