Just as listing shows. Only laundry service $100peso for wash&dry. Lovely view of sunrise and boat marina. Very quiet with units on all sides. Patio with jacuzzi tub was nice. There are golf carts, cars, and mopeds for rent for inside the area. Free dolphin shows everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos condo. It was so clean and right next to the bus stop. We enjoyed hopping in the bus to go to various locations for fun. The beach was beautiful and the pools and hot tubs were fantastic!!!

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

Absolutely perfect. And soooo helpful. We accidentally left an item there and they did all they could to retrieve it. Absolutely amazing service and hospitality. Hope to come again next time in town.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was great—clean and a little bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The location was great too, and renting the bike made it easy to get around—about a 10-minute ride to the downtown square. Sarah, the host, was really helpful and gave a bunch of good food and activity recs, which made the trip smoother. Overall, it just felt like a good setup—comfortable and easy. Definitely would recommend

Oscar was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience and even sent pre travel tips and recs before even arriving. Plus, the home was gorgeous and very clean. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pedro. Le condo est confortable et situé au sein d'un complexe sécurisé et calme. La piscine est seulement à quelques pas de l'appartement. L'atout majeur de cette location est le service de chauffeur. Andrès a été très accueillant et attentionné pendant tout le séjour, et a su nous apporter des conseils avisés sur les endroits à visiter et les activités à faire. La communication (avant et pendant le séjour) avec Pedro est fluide et facile. Nous recommandons également les services de Patricia pour le trajet depuis l'aéroport.

El lugar cumple con su función, así como lo marca en el anuncio, teníamos todo a la mano bares, restaurantes, centro comercial el roof era precioso la vista él estaba wow se podrían observar unos atardeceres muy bonitos & los amaneceres ni que decir sin duda alguna la ubicación igual fue pieza clave para que pudiera pasar mi estancia de la mejor manera

Felt very safe and secure. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping everything clean. Overall, the Security Staff at the gate as well the Staff that were walking around made us feel even more comfortable going for a walk and using the amenities. Would definitely book again and recommend it!

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

El departamento es cómodo, queda como a 10 minutos caminando al servicio de transporte público que te lleva a la zona hotelera. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y tiene aire acondicionado. Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro

Pocos lugares te hacen sentir como en casa como este Airbnb. Los dueños super amables y atentos, estuvieron en todos los detalles. Definitivamente volvería, muy recomendable.

Edain was very welcoming and always helpful. The place is very clean and has al the tools to make it as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend. Over all a 10/10 stay.
