The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. There is access to a full kitchen and bar, laundry room and backyard, and a console piano should you be inclined to play.
