Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Our bungalow, Oban, is in a great location on the edge of the Lake District. We are just five minutes from the beach with views up the Duddon Estuary with the glorious backdrop of the Cumbrian Fells. It is ideal for families who enjoy the outdoor life as there are so many walks just locally or in the Lakes. Your pets are very welcome but we need to warn you that the garden is not fenced in. The village of Ireleth is quiet but very friendly and there are shops and take aways nearby in Askam.

Granny House on the edge of the National Park is a spacious eco-friendly farmhouse on the old pack horse route from Gargrave to Settle. The setting is very rural with sheep and cows in the surrounding fields. The night sky is dark for star gazing. You will have a piano, a guitar and wifi is super fast.
