We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Home in Everett, MA. Located just a 20 minute walk from Encore Boston Harbor Casino. This location is also just a 15 minute drive from downtown Boston. Room in the basement has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water for making tea which is provided along with light snacks and coffee. There is a desk for laptop. We have a beautiful victorian house built in 1858, owned by our family in 1911, big spaces and high ceilings are a blessing! You can stay here with your family and kids, we have a play room with some toys for fun, a living room, a bedroom and a private full bathroom with a pressure shower. Chelsea is a nice quiet place with a lot to offer.

Beautiful very spacious historical house in Salem

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.
