Glacier Creek A-Frame

Modern A-Frame Cabin - Luxury in a small and efficient package. You will love this tiny living experience. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood with all the conveniences of Seward close by - but far enough out of town to enjoy some nature. There are other rental properties but we have taken great efforts to make each unit feel private. Creek bed access is minutes from your door. Designed for two people but up to three guests can be accommodated with a queen bed and a twin sized trundle.

This private cabin has views to leave you awestruck! Small deck and huge windows bring the view inside! Alaskan charm at it's best! Very clean and accommodating! Many of our guests tell us this has been their favorite on their vacation! Full kitchen & bath, flat screen satellite TV, wi-fi; cozy but complete! Lots of local knowledge to help you in any way with ideas, restaurants, activities and directions and sometimes, adorable husky puppies to play with! Bike rentals available on property!

Mossy Spruce Lodging House

Welcome! This is our main home (September-May) on the property. We have a cottage located next door that is also used for guests during the summer months. The overall feel of our home is warm, inviting, and open. The spiral staircase is the focal point of the living space and is the gateway to the loft! There are two bedrooms on the main level (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), and 1 full bathroom. The loft has 1 queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom (tile shower). The square footage of the house is 950.

Seward Mountain View Lodging

Perfect location in heart of Seward! New 3 bedroom home, constructed in 2017. Full Kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and closets. One full bath and one half bath. Walking distance to both downtown and the boat harbor. This property has a front facing view to Mt. Marathon and is directly across the street from the Seward's historical "Millionaires' Row". Beautiful View of Resurrection Bay to the east.

MountainTop Cabin

Our property is new construction that we completed in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Nestled on 1.2 wooded acres, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind surrounded by nature. The Seward Waterfront is just 7 miles away, offering a variety of activities such as biking and hiking to explore the stunning surroundings. Our property consists of a 4-plex house and two cozy cabins, providing privacy and comfort while still maintaining a serene, quiet atmosphere. For your entertainment, Smart TVs are available for your enjoyment.

Historic Brown & Hawkins Apartment # 3

Experience the historic Alaskan frontier in this comfortable apartment located in downtown Seward. One bedroom with a queen-sized sleeper couch in the living room, this unit is fully equipped with a private bath and full kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, TV with cable, and Wi-Fi. This quiet, second floor rental has a private entrance in the historic Brown & Hawkins building.

Eagle's Nest Cabin on Salmon Creek

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just one mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagle nest sits above Salmon Creek. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. Paths wind through the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.
