Unfortunately The City of Kawartha Lakes as limited us to a maximum of 2 persons (incl. children). We are still completing some of the regulated renovations, as our front yard is still dirt after the upgraded Septic System required. We are hoping to have somewhat of a groomed yard by mid summer. All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.
