L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch.

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.

The chalet with a stunning mountain view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair.

Meine Großeltern haben dieses Haus als kleine Pension gebaut und betrieben. Dort, wo damals separate Gästezimmer waren, befindet sich heute eine neu renovierte lichtdurchflutete 100qm 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung mit Bergblick, in der ich jetzt lebe. Da ich jedoch selbst viel unterwegs bin, habe ich beschlossen die Tradition des Hauses fortzusetzen und gelegentlich Gäste zu empfangen. Vielleicht schon bald dich?
