FIVE PLUS STARS!! A wonderful place to stay. Patricia's home is beautiful! The complex is in the perfect location and Patricia is VERY responsive. I come to PV regularly and usually use a hotel. Not any longer. Her condo has everything that you need and is model perfect. I have absolutely no concerns or issues to report! If you're looking for a place in PV that you wish to stay this is it!!!!

This condo is beautiful - the views are amazing- especially sunset! Walkable to every thing you need. Well stocked. The condo and whole property are very well cared for.

Andrea was a great host and always available to answer any questions we had. The place is in a beautiful location with nice pools and beach access. It’s close to the marina, airport, and other local beaches nearby. Andrea provided us with delicious food recommendations. We appreciate her effort in making our stay feel like home while we were on vacation in Puerto Vallarta. We had a wonderful time and will be back! :)

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

Departamente limpio, ordenado, muy buena ubicacion, a una cuadra del malecon y a dos cuadras de la iglesia, muchas lugares para comer y cenar alrededor Descansamos muy agusto los tres dias Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Departamento muy cómodo para una familia de 4, las camas suaves y tiene una terraza con vista muy agradable a la marina. Las playas quedan algo lejos, pero la alberca y la ubicación lo compensan.

Beautiful large two bedroom with all the amenities. Large rooftop deck, two block walk to beach and restaurants. Just across the river from the Animas River trail. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight to access the rooftop deck. The host Kiri was extremely responsive before we arrived and when we were there. She is on site and greeted us upon checking in and helped with our luggage, arranged for taxi service back to the airport and provided excellent directions. Highly recommend!

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

We absolutely loved the villa! 8 of us were here for my best friends bachelorette party and it was the most perfect space. From the bedrooms to the pool to the palapa, we utilized it all! The chef meals were delicious as well. We even left an item at the airbnb and Sandra graciously delivered it to our next location which was above and beyond! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing stay with my parents, husband, and toddler. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Nothing can beat the view and waking up to the ocean. It’s very walkable, with the malecón and tons of restaurants nearby. We didn’t need a car. The house has everything you need. Rosie was awesome. She recommended the transportation company we used and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was also very responsive through text. Looking forward to going back!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y de acuerdo a las fotos. Tiffany estuvo muy al pendiente de nuestra llegada. El lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro y el plus de tener un asador propio es increíble. Sin duda regresaríamos en nuestras próximas vacaciones.

We stayed at Oscar's place with our 5-year-old boy for a few nights exploring this area of the pacific coast. Oscar's place is really cute and a comfortable place to hang out -- with great views to the ocean from both floors. The place in person actually felt more beautiful/functional and better layed-out than I'd imagined from the photos. The day-bed downstairs is great to hang out or nap; the bedroom upstairs is nice with AC, though a bit louder than the downstairs. Bathrooms up and down is convenient. The area is a bit loud, with a major road just down the hill so you hear traffic into the night. But it's a short walk across this to the beach area, and we also enjoyed walking further away from the beach to explore the local neighborhoods which is very different from the beach scene. The kitchen is functional but could do with some cabinet cleanup and updated pots/pans; we only used this for reheating some leftovers. Overall a good stay, and Oscar is extremely friendly.

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

Nos encantó el departamento lo tienen súper bien cuidado y equipado para todo lo que se pueda necesitar, además limpio y con una vista hermosa. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Wow, what a trip! I saved up for a long time for this, and it was worth it. The unit: Looks exactly like the pictures, with the added benefit of the 24/7 calming sound of the surf outside. Very comfy beds; good A/C; nice, clean showers and bathrooms. Washer/dryer. I was traveling with my brother, so a big selling point was the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you'd need if you wanted to stay in. The building: Perfectly situated in the quiet Conchas Chinas neighborhood -- all the bars, shops, and restaurants in the Zona Romantica are just a 15-minute walk north along the beach. Great amenities in the building: A very friendly, bilingual staff with a 24/7 doorman; a gym; and a rooftop bar/restaurant with an infinity pool, beautiful sunset views and nice breakfast/lunch/dinner menus. Getting around: Easy peasy. There's so much to do in the area, and if you can't walk there, it's very easy to find a cab. Can't recommend it enough.

El depa es increíble, se encuentra en uno de los que, a mi gusto es de los mejores condominios en Vallarta, muchas albercas, varias actividades, spa y restaurante a precios muy accesibles, con acceso directo a la playa! La zona es ideal para caminar, al lado hay una plaza comercial y enfrente varios de mis restaurantes preferido

This place was wonderful! It had tons of space, yet was very cozy for my family to gather. the furniture & decorat ions were very comfortable & fitting for the property. the views & sunsets are out of this world! it was the peperfect place to just unplug & relax. The hosts were very attentive. we had a silly small problem & they took care of it immediately & professionally. the property is pretty new & has wonderful pools & great beach access also.

Disfrutamos mucho el lugar! El departamento está precioso y la ubicación nos pareció muy buena. Paulina tuvo comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo y fue muy atenta. Me puso cunas para mis bebés y fue muy linda. Mi familia lo disfruto mucho.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

Lots of positives: Beautiful view - loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the whales and dolphins. Bring your binoculars! The king bed is pretty firm and very comfortable. The service by the pool was fantastic. We loved Miguel! He was always there to bring us our next drink. Tipped $1 each round:) If we wanted a chair either on/facing the beach, needed to go out and reserve by 7am at the latest. There are beach vendors, but they are not aggressive. We actually enjoyed them and bought some things. The all-inclusive: Food was okay. Things we liked: a mocha and banana bread in the morning. Mimosas, fresh fruit, mexican eggs and especially the made-to-order omelets at the buffet. There's no food allowed poolside. Taxi was $5 or $6 USD to go to the Malecon/downtown PVR or romantic zone. Tons of places to get dinner there or some even within walking distance of the resort. Minor issue at check-in and laundry left in room - both issues ended up resolved easily.

Great place just 10 minutes south of old town by car. We had a lovely vacation here and loved the amazing views and sleeping to the sound of the ocean. Very convenient to eat at and use the facilities at Costa del Sol right next door and they were very welcoming despite us not being hotel guests. Jessica was very responsive to anything we needed. If you have a baby, bring your own pack n play sheet for the portable crib!
