Una de las mejores estancias en las que me he quedado, Laura es súper atenta y amable y nos dio la bienvenida desde que llegamos al lugar. Proporciona muy buena orientación y excelente comunicación en todo momento. El lugar es tranquilo y se encuentra caminando a 15 minutos del malecón. Por lo que no es difícil llegar. Volvería a reservar con ella sin duda alguna.

Can't beat the location! The apartment is tucked back in a private, secluded area, yet it's steps from the beach. We would walk to the shore any time of day to take in the gorgeous view, or we'd sit on the patio for coffee or a drink. This part of the beach is quieter than in downtown; it has a much more laidback feel. Yet the town center is a 5-15 minute walk away, depending on where you go, so you can rent a golf cart for an easy ride around town or you can simply walk everywhere. The apartment is comfortable and cool with a nice kitchen if you decide to make meals. On the first night there was some loud music from the nearby bar, but that was the only night with loud activity outside. There's some inevitable street noise but the windows shut out some of it, and what's actually the loudest sound is the waves crashing! It's surprisingly loud but quite soothing. We didn't meet Luz María but she is responsive, helpful, and friendly and we felt we were in good hands.

Me encantó el alojamiento. La cama y almohadas demasiado cómodas, la cocina completamente equipada, nos dejaron agua embotellada y algunas frutas lo cual me pareció un gesto muy lindo habia aire acondicionado y netflix, si vas en plan relax sin duda es el lugar indicado. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar, visitamos varias playas y todas quedaban cerca. lo único que me hubiera gustado es más privacidad en el baño (puerta en lugar de cortina). Demasiado amable y atento el anfitrión. 100% recomendable.

Effie and Steve are fantastic hosts! Beautiful space and well maintained! We are thrilled with our stay at their place, would highly recommend staying there.

A lovely spot. Quiet and private. The pictures don’t show it but there is a table with two chairs on the patio outside the studio as well as on the roof. On that patio all you see is green, it’s lovely. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, lots of pots and pans. 25 minute walk to a large shopping area with a Mega and La Comer as well as a gym. About 45 minutes to the centre of Buccerias, 25 to the first restaurants and to Chedraui. Pool very clean and rarely used, lovely beach. We enjoyed it very much and hope to come back again.

Un lugar muy bonito y limpio, en una zona muy agradable y tranquila. Eco-friendly! Los anfitriónes son muy amables y están al pendiente en todo momento. Nos encantó.

Luis and Ezequiel are very welcoming, the price is fairly reasonable and it's a prime location in Puerto Vallarta. The staircases is long but it's a good exercise, just be mindful if you have some luggage, uber would be recommended. They have strong Wi-Fi and the room is quite spacious, it has a small fridge and large closest. The bathroom is ok, they are trying the best to make it more comfortable, I would recommend to put some hangers for clothes. There was one day the water supply is out, Luis and Ezequiel were very responsive and fixed the issue rapidly, overall I enjoyed my stay there!

Un lugar muy céntrico para hospedarse, si no quieres usar transporte (taxi o uber), caminando a dos cuadras llegas al malecón donde hay muchos lugares para comer y caminar tranquilamente, Carolina y su esposo fueron muy atentos y respondían rápido a nuestros mensajes. Mi esposo olvido una chamarra y se comunicaron con nosotros para regresarla. Muy amables y el departamento muy acogedor.

El lugar tiene muy buena ubicación y estaba muy limpio, lamentablemente llegue más noche pero me hubiera gustado usar la Alberca. Sin duda volvería.

Excelente espacio para descansar, lo reservé para mis papás, les pareció que cumplía con lo que necesitaban. La comunicación siempre fue muy rápida y clara.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola. La location est bien décorée, fonctionnelle et calme. La propriété Punta Pelicanos est magnifique avec ses jardins et ses belles piscines dont 3 face à l'océan . Paola est très gentille et de bon conseil. Le petit village la Cruz est agréable.

Una habitación muy cómoda y limpia, tranquila la zona para descansar.

I felt safe and secure in the area and walked almost every place I wanted to go, took the bus to go to the beach and interacted with locals regularly. There is a welcoming atmosphere and my host was available when I needed to know where to purchase certain items, and when I had other questions. Having use of the wash machine and dryer (or a clothes line if I preferred) made my stay super convenient. The bed was so comfortable and only minimal local noise except during the expected celebrations of Christmas and New Years when fireworks became part of the celebration. The beautiful garden court yard often graced with butterflies, flowers and some interesting birds. The wifi was fine for my phone and laptop. The studio came with a gas stove & oven so I could cook when I felt like it. The refrigerator was always cold. The Roku 40" TV is wall mounted and I could turn it to watch it while in bed or in the living room/kitchen area. I will stay here again on my next trip.

Es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en este lugar, está muy cerca del centro de la Delegación el Pitillal, si vienes con un presupuesto justo el Pitillal es un lugar donde encontrarás comida económica y deliciosa, toda la zona del pitillal encuentras camiones que te llevan al centro de Pv. Hablando del departamento, cumple con lo que se dice, un baño de tamaño justo, con agua caliente y fría, tiene ventilación automática, tiene una cocina funcional, solo el refri notamos que el congelador no tiene potencia, solo enfría. La cama matrimonial y las almohadas son cómodos. En la mesita de noche te ofrecen tapones para los oídos, supongo que es por los pajaritos, se escuchan muy fuerte desde temprano pero luego se calman. Todo el lugar es muy cómodo también la alberca, excelente estadía. gracias Juan.

Belle maison nous avions tout le nécessaire . Très frais Patricia Et Don sont super Nous on intègre dans leurs groupe. Ils sont très chaleureux. Malheureusement les chiens dérangent beaucoup la nuit mais voilà c est le Mexique Merci à a Don et Patricia

Lugar muy tranquilo, Limpio y en coche es muy fácil llegar al centro y a la playa.

El lugar es muy cómodo, muy completo y tranquilo. Cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Guadalupe fue la persona que nos recibió, muy atenta en todo momento
