War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Ausgang direkt zur Seeseite. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Kinder waren begeistert. Top Lage. Danke

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, die Lage am See und die Nähe zur Ortsmitte perfekt. Der Park ist wunderschön, selbst bei Regen ;-).

Lilya fue una excelente anfitriona. Nos recibió cuando llegamos muy amablemente y nos mostró el lugar y contó que hacer en los alrededores . El apartamento pequeño pero muy bien equipado, limpio y organizado. Además nos dejó un paquete de fideos y aceite de oliva con una salsa para preparar para cenar ya que habíamos arribado tarde y los mercados estarían cerrados . El lugar es muy tranquilo, para relajarse , pero si quieres conocer Arona por ejemplo una hermosa ciudad no muy lejos y que se llega re fácil con el auto ( eso sí)

le logement est très bien placé, juste en face du lac. il est spacieux et propre avec une très belle vue. nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement et son emplacement.A recommander. J'ajoute cette 2ème partie, en espérant peut-être effacer pour les prochains voyageurs, la petite chose qui a rendu notre check-in moins agréable : le check-in se faisait à Villa porta. A la réception la dame(Lara?), m'a bien accueilli (gentille et humaine) avec de bonnes explications.Mais àcôté d'elle il y avait un monsieur d'âge moyen,qui a répondu mon Bonjour froidement et sans me regarder . La même personne voulait m'obligeant de sortir ma voiture du parking de l'hôtel,car il la voulait pour un autre client. Pourtant c'était sa collègue qui m'avait montré cette place de parking. Après quelques discussions je n'ai pas accepté de déplacer ma voiture, car il n'y avait plus de place. Visiblement cette personne est parmi ceux qui se comporte avec le client selon sa préférence !!! A part cela,tout était parfait

Die Wohnung ist ein Bijoux. Sehr sauber und mit Seesicht. Hinter dem Haus hat es ein sehr gepflegter Garten. Dort findet man einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna. Eine Toilette und Dusche hat es auch im Garten. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Straße ist, ist es am Tag recht lärmig. Hinter dem Haus ist der Bahnhof und auch von dort kann es laut werden aber eben, die Züge fahren wenn überhaupt jede zweite Stunde. Giovanni wohnt im Haus und wir brauchten noch ein Leintuch, der sofort organisiert wurde. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in colmegna und genossen das sehr gepflegte Haus.

Die Zimmer liegen direkt am Lago. Kurz über die Straße, ist man an der eigenen Bar inkl. Boot& SUP Verleih & 2 Liegen pro Zimmer!. Check-In sowie Check Out liefen total freundlich & schnell ab, ebenso die komplette Kommunikation was alles andere betrifft via. Whatsapp! Das Frühstück am Lago direkt was man dazu buchen kann (10€) kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind klein und nicht die modernsten. War uns aber überhaupt nicht wichtig, Bett & Kissen waren ok. Gesamtpaket für einen Kurzurlaub kann ich definitiv empfehle, ebenso derTipp das Angebot mit den 40 PS zu buchen. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen 3 tägigen Aufenthalt. Alles war wie auf den Fotos und das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme mit seinem tollen Garten und Blick auf den See. Einziger kleiner Abzug ist leider unangenehm Geruch auf dem Abfluss in der Dusche. Dies haben wir der Gastgeberin beim checkout gesagt und es ist wohl bereits ein stopper im Abfluss. Also alles in allem halb so wild und bei einem haus mit diesem Alter denke ich zu verschmerzen :) Der persönliche Empfang war ebenfalls super herzlich und man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt! :) Gerne wieder! :)

Sehr zuvorkommender aber unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, herzlicher Empfang mit frischem Obst und Prosecco, gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung und gepflegten Außenbereich. Sophie haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Schöner Pool mit Whirlpool. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht wirklich vorhanden. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder die Wohnung mieten. Danke für Alles

Das Appartement ist einer schönen Anlage gelegen. Fussläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu erreichen. In der Anlage befindet sich ein toller Park mit großem Pool. Das Appartement selbst verfügt über alles was man braucht - lediglich eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden.

L'appartement d'Alessandro est très joliment décoré, propre et bien agencé. La résidence, située au coeur d'un vaste et magnifique parc, est très agréable et calme. L'appartement se situe non loin du centre ville de Stresa, une jolie petite cité d'où l'on peut partir pour visiter les magnifiques îles Borromées. La communication avec Alessandro est facile, il transmet des informations précises et reste joignable à tout moment. Tout est organisé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous le remercions pour son sympathique accueil. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit au bord du Lac Majeur.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer super Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Tom war hervorragend – er war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Tom! 😊

Appartamento bellissimo in un'ottima posizione fronte lago. Giovanni è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha addirittura regalato dei prodotti dell'orto. Torneremo!

We stayed one night with our two dogs, communication was good with Silvia. We were happy to wake up with the sunrise and amazing view from the balcony.

wunderschöne aussicht, netter service und gutes apartment, einfach das alte parket scheint nicht besonders leise zu sein wen man bis spät in die nacht wach bleibt.

Le logement de Dorothee est très bien situé.Ce peut être le point de départ de visites des îles Borromées, de la région d Orta et de celle de Varese,mais aussi de Côme et Milan.. C 'est un très bel appartement, avec terrasse et vue superbes sur le lac Majeur...Doté d un emplacement de parking,il est aussi très fonctionnel et très bien équipé !Nous avons vraiment été séduits ! Au plaisir d 'y revenir peut être ou au moins de le faire connaître à notre entourage ! Nous n 'oublions pas la communication aisée avec Ruth qui nous a bien renseignés pour notre arrivée !

Very nice apparment. It was super quiet. The bed is big and comfy. We had only little sunshine during our stay, but on our first morning we had our breakfast in the sun on the lovely little balcony. There are nice restaurants around the corner and also in the villages next to Lesa. Because of the colder temperatures we switched on the heating which worked perfectly. Also I want to mention that Patrizia was the most friendly and flexible host. We had mixed up the dates from our booking and she was super friendly and helped us to solve the problem. Thanks a lot!! Tipp: Should you travel by (big) car. Google Maps made us drive through the tiny very narrow roads in the village. Even though you can easily approach the apartment via the big road along the lake. So choose the big road when you drive there. ;)

Posizione stratosferica! A 20 metri dal lago! Un giardino stupendo per passare la giornata la fresco! Casa d’epoca e molto accogliente! Letti molto comodi, cucina ben fornita e competa di tutto. Doccia molto bella! Parcheggio davanti alla casa!

We rented the apartment for a short stopover on the Lago Maggiore before heading on to Switzerland for easter skiing. We found the place very charming with an impeccable location directly on the lakefront with a very nice view from the terrace. Because we only stayed for two nights our overall experience is a bit limited but I imagine it to be a wonderful experience for a lakeside holiday for a family of four. The hosts were very friendly and willing to make great accomodations for the guests: Even though we arrived late from the airport they kept the little restaurant on the lake open so we could get dinner! It was also a very nice spot to have breakfast on the two mornings that we spent there.
