il mulino del Rossino

The first traces told about this old mill dating from the late 1500 and early 1600. Owned by the family Giaccai since 1920, the last handler was Scannerini Marino said "Rossino." The mill, located in the heart of Switzerland Pesciatina, is the only property to have intact the original tunnel made with the original Vellano’s stone, that connects the mill to the left side of the river Pescia. Upon exiting the tunnel, there is a private beach with exclusive access to a natural swimming pool bordered by small waterfalls. On the north side was brought to light by the current owners Letizia and Tiberio, the old stone called "gora" which made the water flow to the millpond to operate the millstones, then placed inside the mill, one of which is still visible as part of the outside sink. The building active until the early '50s, at the end of 2002 has been restored with great skill and intended for residential purposes in civil. It is composed of two apartments and a mansard, independent of each other. Each of the units is equipped with fireplace, built-in kitchen, terracotta-tiled floor and and ceilings with exposed beams. The bathrooms are completely renovated with modern standards, are endowed of showers and the mansard is endowed of jacuzzi . The green of the forest and the water flow of the river, make this place an oasis of relaxation in contact with the nature: a beautiful vien on Valleriana and a window into the past, to the discovery of an ancient world full of scents and flavors of the past. The furniture has been personally overseen by Tiberio Bartolini one of the owners, interior designers, also known at the international level, which this mill has wanted to do an emotion to share with any guests to discover a way of life.

"Casa Caterina"

Casa Caterina si trova nel piccolo e caratteristico borgo di Lucchio, immersa nel verde e con la possibilità di molteplici attività sportive nelle vicinanze adatte a adulti e bambini, nonchè di cammini molto caratteristici. Lucchio dalla primavera all'autunno, regala paesaggi con colori meravigliosi, nei quali è possibile immergersi per fare trekking, escursioni in mountain bike, andare a fare il bagno nel torrente Lima, cercare funghi e raccogliere castagne, tutte attività adatte alle famiglie.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un edificio posto nel centro di Chiesina Uzzanese, cittadina situata nel centro della Toscana. Data la sua posizione (casello A11), è ottimale per visitare città come Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Pescia - Collodi, Pistoia, Viareggio - Torre del Lago Puccini, Pontedera (Museo Piaggio), Montecarlo, Lajatico (Bocelli), oltre a siti naturalistici come il Padule di Fucecchio e il lago di Sibolla. In Chiesina vi sono buoni ristoranti e negozi tipici.

La limonaia: holidays in countryside

"La Limonaia" is a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the valley below, at short distance from important tourist destinations: cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa are easily reachable, but it is also possible to enjoy the countryside and pretty medieval towns nearby, ideal destinations for short or long walks. The house is an ancient lemon house completely renovated in typical Tuscan architecture, suitable for holidays for couples or for the whole family.

Flat in Chiesina Uzzanese

Located on the second floor, it is proposed a flat in the centre of Chiesina Uzzanese, a little town in the middle of Tuscany. Optimal to visit nearby cities such as Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence (approx. 30 min), reachable thanks to the adjacent A11 highway. Finally, although the town is small, you can find very good restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling typical Tuscan products. The car park is public and free.

Incantevole soggiorno in villa seicentesca

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri.
