Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. Tuck into a traditional tuscan breakfast on the flower adorned patio before kicking back on the pinstripe sofa with book from the in-house library. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Posto al secondo piano dell’edificio che un tempo ospitava il centralissimo Cinema Globo, l’appartamento si colloca nel cuore di Pistoia, e gode di un affaccio d’eccezione. Dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali, compreso l’ascensore, l’appartamento, accogliente e silenzioso, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le attrattive principali, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria e da vari parcheggi a pagamento. L’appartamento Il Globo è il punto migliore dal quale iniziare l’esplorazione di Pistoia.

Delizioso bilocale, in un vicolo del centro storico medioevale di Pistoia chiuso alle auto (ZTL).In una zona popolare, è in un piccolo condominio (ex convento di clausura), al secondo piano (no ascensore), vicino a P. Duomo e P della Sala. In zona defilata,caldo e confortevole, in stile vintage. Ideale per vivere la città e la Toscana.A 50 metri si trova a pagamento il Parcheggio Misericordia ; più distante gratuito il P. Cellini. La stazione ferroviaria dista pochi minuti a piedi .

Elegante e curato appartamento ristrutturato con balcone, composto da disimpegno d'entrata, zona giorno con cucina a vista, camera con balcone con affaccio sulla storica struttura Kursaal in zona pedonale di Corso Roma e da Gennaio 2025 bagno e doccia nuovi. WiFi libero, working-friendly per i viaggiatori d’affari. Posto auto coperto custodito.

L'angolo strategico!

Il palazzo è stato oggetto di lavori "ecobonus 110%" e pertanto totalmente rinnovato. Appartamento con nuovi arredi moderni, dotato di tutto punto (in particolare di due nuovi climatizzatori Mitsubishi: in soggiorno ed in camera), con parcheggio coperto condominiale e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e all'imbocco autostradale, a pochi passi dal centro e lungo un bel Corso... su cui è ubicato...! Soggiornare per credere!!! Ben trovati ed al piacere di condividerlo: parola di Liliana!.

The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

Flat in Chiesina Uzzanese

Located on the second floor, it is proposed a flat in the centre of Chiesina Uzzanese, a little town in the middle of Tuscany. Optimal to visit nearby cities such as Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence (approx. 30 min), reachable thanks to the adjacent A11 highway. Finally, although the town is small, you can find very good restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling typical Tuscan products. The car park is public and free.
