L'alloggio di Matteo è una splendida casa con una posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi nei dintorni, perfetta per amanti del trekking e per chi ama i percorsi con una gravel. La casa è una signora casa, con tutto il necessario per stare bene sia d'inverno che d'estate. Matteo ci ha lasciato legna già pronta all'uso per il camino, la vera chicca della casa, che se vieni dalla città è una vera coccola. La cucina è attrezzatissima, c'è anche una lavastoviglie, tanti utensili e un frigo capiente, oltre all'acqua buonissima da bere. Sala molto ampia e con camino e tavolo grande anche per più persone, divano comodo e capiente. Al piano di sopra ci sono le due camere da letto e un bagno ben organizzato e molto ampio. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per Capodanno ma sicuramente d'estate si può godere del fuori, che offre zone all'ombra e verde tutto intorno. Disponibili in casa mappe della zona con i percorsi CAI, host consigliatissimo, torneremo di certo per camminare estive sui laghi.

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Die Unterkunft ist super geeignet für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Nichts für Weicheier, da die Anreise anstrengend ist. Alle Naturfreunde werden es lieben. Die Besitzer sind unfassbar nett, wir wurden regelmäßig mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt und zu einem Fest eingeladen. Für den niedrigen Preis erhält man so viel, das Haus ist super und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Landschaft ist wirklich sehr schön und hervorragend für Wanderungen geeignet, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Einiges Manko ist die lange Fahrt zum Meer, man braucht etwas eine Stunde, da die Straßen sehr abenteuerlich und eng sind. Trotzdem 5 Sterne!

We had a fabulous time at Loredana’s house. Her mother was there to warmly greet us and was so kind. It immediately felt pleasant. The house is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the digital tv with Netflix to unwind after a long day. Very quiet and friendly village with social neighbours. About an hour away from cinque terre. Everything was as described and we would definitely be back, I can recommend!

Luca si è rivelato essere un host assolutamente fantastico, come non ne avevamo mai trovati prima. La sua disponibilità e la sua gentilezza ci hanno sorpreso e migliorato il soggiorno. Alloggio perfetto per staccare dalla città e godersi la natura.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

We had a lovely stay! Percy picked us up upon phone call at a central place and brought us to the house. Everything was very well maintained and Percy offered help whenever we needed it. The place is quite remote, far from tourism - just a perfect place to escape hectic life. By car more touristic places and beaches, as well as Cinque Terre was easy to reach. We can only recommend this place and the hosts!

Rustico ristrutturato e curato con splendida piscina esattamente di fronte. Bellissima vista sulla campagna circostante. Possibilità di fare una buona colazione nella struttura.

Appartamento carino e pulitissimo in edificio storico. Ottima posizione e presenza di servizi e locali nei dintorni. Host Gentile e disponibile, consigliamo decisamente!

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione panoramica meravigliosa ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Al nostro arrivo lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed in ordine.

Grazie agli Host per la disponibilità e simpatia trovata. L'appartamento é splendido situato nel centro storico del paese e facente parte di un palazzo del 700 completamente ristrutturato in chiave moderna, il palazzo ha altre 3 appartamenti + la casa padronale, comunicanti solo dall' ingresso e la scala Consigliatissimo!

Casa su due piani appena ristrutturata, tutto nuovissimo, pulitissimo ed in ordine. In una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posto auto all’interno del cortile utilissimo. Denis host simpatico, disposable e attento all’ospite. Consiglierei vivamente il soggiorno in questa casa.

La posizione della casa offre una vista spettacolare sulle colline, sul castello e la torre di Rossena. Isolina è molto accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa ed offre una colazione generosa sul terrazzo (i migliori pancakes homemade mai mangiati). La casa è fresca e pulita, il bagno ha una doccia matrimoniale moderna e la cucina offre tutto il necessario (incluso olio, sale, ecc). Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

Un excellent séjour dans un appartement moderne et joliment décoré. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le parking privé et clos est un grand atout. Kadri est très sympathique et accueillant, la communication avec lui fut excellente! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad (met ons gezin) bij Martina. Het appartement was schoon en zag er zeer verzorgd uit. Tevens was de ligging zeer gunstig, het centrum is op 15-18 min loopafstand en de privé parkeerplaats was een grote bonus, zeker als je met een dakkoffer en fietsendrager rijdt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung auch zum Wohlfühlen falls mal nicht die Sonne scheint. Herrliche Aussicht mit der Möglichkeit morgens und abends in der Sonne zu Essen. Wunderbare Ruhe und eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
