We had a lovely time at the Villa. The villa is very rustic and traditional. Paolo was very helpful and responsive. The villa had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do outside. Would consider coming back again.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Olympia war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter Fabrizio herzlich empfangen, der uns alles gezeigt hat und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlten Die Villa war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Krönung war der atemberaubende Ausblick: Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich konnten wir das Panorama über das Meer, die Hügel und den Lago di Massaciuccoli geniessen. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind ein Highlight für sich und perfekt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem Luxus und Natur perfekt harmonieren, wird hier fündig. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Olympia! Wir können die Villa Olympia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

Spędziliśmy w Willi Roda 14 dni. Willa przestronna - było wystarczająco miejsca dla 9 osób. Pokoje duże, toskańskie, z okiennicami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi z pięknym widokiem. Kuchnia i jadalnia dobrze wyposażone. Taras zewnętrzny jak na zdjęciach. Nad basenem dostępne leżaki (i łóżka do opalania oraz parasol). Miejsce do grilowania ze stołem, krzesłami i parasolem - z klimatycznymi lampkami :) Świetny gospodarz - zapewniający pomoc i jednocześnie prywatność. Polecamy!

The villa was outstanding. Our family all with room to spare. The weather was perfect for us and could make use of the beautiful outdoor verandah for our meals. A truly fabulous stay

We loved our stay at Frederico’s. We spent lots of time in the pristine pool as it was a particularly hot time of year. Frederico was happy for us to walk around the beautiful grounds of Villa Grabau and also gave us a fascinating tour of the Villa. The Villa is situated in a stunning part of Tuscany and there are other Villas that tourists can visit in the surrounds. It’s a 10 minute drive to the walled city of Lucca. Our only comment would be that aircon in the home is upstairs only and the kitchen area which is downstairs, can get particularly hot, especially when doing any sort of cooking. Thankyou Frederico for your hospitality and the opportunity to stay on your magnificent property!

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

A wonderful, peaceful, grand villa in a tremendous garden ( more like a park ) The interior is beautiful with loads of personal accents. Livia and her team have taken care of us, as excellent hosts. It’s a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. We were all very impressed!!!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i leiligheten til Roberta. Vi bodde der 5 netter, 2 voksene og 2 barn. Det var en fin leilighet med god plass. Leiligheten var ren, sengene gode og kjøkkenet er velutstyrt. Hagen og badebassenget er fantastisk! Leiligheten ligger bare noen minutter fra Pietrasanta som er en koselig liten by med fine butikker og koselige restauranter. Havet og strendene er bare 10 min unna. Tok turer til Pisa og Lucca (ca 30 min med bil) og cinque terre ( ein god time med bil). Roberta var svært hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med. Svarer raskt. Fekk gode tips om restauranter og events i nærheten. Adriana som tok i mot oss bodde i nabohuset. Hun var veldig snill og hjelpsom. Hun serverte oss nydelig italiensk frukost to morgener. Takk for oss, Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Anbefaler på det varmeste!

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut, um es mit Freunden zu teilen. Die ruhige Lage auf einem Berg bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die dicken Mauern ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf und im Sommer ist das Haus sicher schön kühl. Die Umgebung von Lucca und Städte wie Pisa oder Florenz kann man gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir sind morgens in den Ort gefahren, um süße Backwaren bei der Pasticceria und Brötchen beim Supermarkt Esselunga zu kaufen. Ein Highlight für uns war die Weinprobe beim kleinen Bio-Weingut Cantina Biagiotti mit dem jungen Winzer Francesco, 20 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Haus entfernt.

Wunderbares ruhig gelegenes Anwesen. Sehr grosser Garten mit Pool. Sehr grosszügige Schlafzimmer, alles sauber und gepflegt. Eine tolle Villa, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann.

John è stato un padrone di casa splendido. Sempre disponibile ed attento, ci ha messi a nostro agio fin da subito. La sua villa è bellissima, immersa nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e tutti i confort.

Villa Vittoria è il mix ideale tra tranquillità e comfort, a pochi minuti da Lucca. Gli interni sono spaziosi, ben riscaldati e accoglienti, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il patio coperto permette di godersi il panorama anche nelle giornate fresche. Sarebbe bello poterci tornare d’estate per godere del parco e della bellissima piscina. Un posto ideale per una fuga in Toscana!

Dana's house is a jewel in itself, not only what you see in the pictures is what you will find at the location, but also there was a lot of attention to details, starting from all the appliances in the house, to the welcoming with everything you could eventually need for a stay in an house in Lucca, and possibly more. Dana herself was proactive and helpful, and she even went the extra mile on a few requests and helping me out with an issue I had (not related to her house). The location per se is amazing, a bit far from Lucca'a walls, but easily manageable with a good walk or, even better, by biking there. For this reason though, it can be reached via car, have a nearby parking, and for those reason it will also represent a nice starting point to explore all the whereabouts.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft! Unsere Erwartungen wurden Übertroffen. Super Service und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Woche in Chiozza war perfekt! In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Der Pool war leider um diese Zeit viel zu kalt. Im Hochsommer gibt er bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Hunde. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Hierfür waren die 5 Zimmer zu wenig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ausreichend für 12 Personen. Wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und grillen. Kaffeemaschine reichte leider nicht für alle aus. Da half dann nur die herkömmliche Methode. Der separate Weinschrank wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles im allen ein guter Platz für Max. 10 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder zu einer warmen Jahreszeit.

Wat een prachtige en soms bijna magische plek.. we hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en uiteraard volop van het zwembad en jacuzzi. De gastvrijheid van Leonardo en zijn familie was heel fijn en altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden! We komen graag terug!!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Wir waren 9 Personen, die das Haus bewohnten und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus war sehr sauber und besitzt eine gute Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der tolle Pool, in dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, 5Terre,…). Die Infrastruktur im Ort bietet alles was man benötigt und die Vermieterin war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!!!

Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts und ich habe noch nie so einen netter und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊

Daniele was very kindly and flexible to our late checkin because of an earlier car accident we had. The house is a really italian house with a lot of room for everybody. A fine new complete kitchen and many new bathrooms with good water heat and pressaure. Inside area is well enough but the outside was magnifik. The best- a nice big big and warm like 29-31 degrees. Daniel was quick to solve our small questions and always kindly. Not so much information on airbnb before our booking but dont worry. Daniel has made some changes during a longer pause and today everything is really perfect for a relaxing holiday.
