Country House perfect for seeking silence

No18@Sanico, a recently completed barn conversion, was finished in January 2021. Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of the Monferrato Countryside, it offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains . The property provides ample parking for three cars and a spacious, secure garden. It also features a panoramic swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and relaxing zones. What truly sets No18 apart is the ever-changing landscape, the serene and tranquil ambiance, and the stunning views.

Relax in a spacious apartment above a winery

CIR:005001-AGR00009. Fully independent apartment w/ large windows which provide it with a lot of natural light and it has a very large bathroom & shower. There are two large rooms with queen/king size beds. The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. The apartment si located between Langhe and Monferrato.There is also a back yard with a barbeque grill!City tax €2.00/pax/night for max 5 nights.

Casale Castelmerlino - Holiday house in Monferrato

Casale Castelmerlino is located in the gentle hills of Basso Monferrato, 20 minutes car driving far from Asti. It has a great position with enchanting views. Independent solution with amazing brick-face, renewed by the original architecture built in the late 19th century. The house is large, well-kept, simple, and very cozy. It has a large front garden overlooking a romantic red stone barn, a small orchard, and a large park with flowering plants and trees. Space, nature, intimacy, beauty!

It is located in Agriturismo La Mussia, in the open countryside and surrounded by our own Barbera d'Asti vineyards, with a beautiful area for walking. Suite panoramica su due livelli ricavata all'interno dell'antico granaio della Tenuta, con vista mozzafiato sulle colline. Al suo interno sono presenti un angolo cottura accessoriato ricavato da un banco da falegname, caminetto a legna, amaca, zona living con poltrona e giradischi, sauna finlandese privata. Pur essendo indipendente, l'alloggio gode di tutti i servizi della tenuta, dalla ristorazione al relax e alle attività escursionistico sportive.
