Tout était parfait ! L’appartement est situé dans un quartier proche du port et des quartiers espagnols. Excellent départ pour visiter la ville de Naples. Accessible en bus depuis l’aéroport de 8 minutes de marche. Francesco nous a accueilli et fait visiter l’appartement. Il m’a également rassurée sur la sécurité du quartier et de la ville de manière générale. Il y a quelques marches à monter à pieds dans l’entrée. Donc pas forcément adapté à une personne à mobilité réduite. Seuls petits bémols : situé initialement dans un appartement qui a été divisé en 3 avec une entrée commune, cela peut être bruyant si les autres hôtes qui rentrent ne sont pas respectueux et parlent fort dans le couloir (tout était ok pour nous). En revanche aucun bruit de la route. Notre appartement donnait dans une cour très calme. Il pourrait y avoir une petite étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser les trousses de toilettes. 1st, Ischia! It’s amazing. Davide communicated very well and is very friendly and helpful. The rental was so cute and in a perfect location. Right on the beach, next to good food, and a short walk into town or to the Castello.

Loved Luigi’s apartment! The location is great as it is walking distance to several areas of interest. The apartment itself was very comfortable…especially the gem of a terrace. Luigi was helpful and kind - hearted arranged transport when we had to leave Naples on Easter Monday. We would love to return!

Host molto gentile e disponibile, alloggio molto comodo e spazioso. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, permette di raggiungere il centro in poco tempo!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La description et les photos sont très fidèles, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir pu demander un ménage gratuit en milieu de semaine. L'accueil est très chaleureux et l'hôte toujours à dispo. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à la femme de ménage avant l'heure d'accès à l'appartement. Le quartier est très agréable mais la rue un peu bruyante. (Une fois les fenêtres fermées ça reste correcte). Beaucoup de choses à proximité. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, grand et très joli. On voit qu'il est très bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement.

Luigi was not in town when we stayed so his daughter was just as friendly and responsive. Our stay was exactly as described. The place was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect for walking to metro, shops, sights, restaurants and the port, where we took the ferry to Ischia. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Pina’s place. We loved everything from the lemon tree, the music from Pina’s great collection of Mozart and Beethoven! The books and the magazines about Capri! The fully equipped kitchen was perfect to cook any meal, we appreciated that Pina placed some groceries upon our arrival! It was very helpful specially because we were traveling with kids and everyone wanted to eat as soon as we got to the home. If I have to describe Pina’s place in three words I would say peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable! Thank you Pina and Andrea for a wonderful time at your home! Our kids had a lovely stay as they were able to play indoors and outdoors! Pina’s place is great for families and anyone looking to spend a relaxing and inspiring trip surrounded by nature and great sunsets in Italy!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

Tutto perfetto, grazie a Giovan Giuseppe che ci ha consigliato posti splendidi da vedere e ci ha indicato come spostarci. La casa è a due passi dal capolinea dei bus, dal porto e dall'attracco dei traghetti.

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. This vacation rental has been one of our best holiday experiences. The cottage is on the quiet side of the island, with an expansive terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the kitchenette is compact, it is well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The host was a delight, very responsive, and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this cottage again without any hesitation. I can't wait to return!

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très propre, bien entretenu. Cuisine au gaz super rare mais impeccable pour le cuisinier. Permet de faire de la vraie cuisine sans ressortir tous les soirs. Vue magnifique sur le Castel de l'Ovo et le Vésuve. Rosa et son équipe sont très amicaux et prêt à vous rendre service, pleins d'informations et de conseils. Ils ont fait un message d'anniversaire à mon épouse. Le seul hic dans tout ça c'est que le quartier est un peu loin du centre ce qui fait qu'on passe pas mal de temps à se déplacer. Nous le savions avant de choisir l'appartement donc une demi surprise. A refaire sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique sur l’île d’Ischia et le logement de Chiara et Simone y ont largement contribué! La maison est très agréable. La terrasse est incroyable et nous avons vraiment apprécié les couchers de soleil face à la mer. Cette vue est magique. Idéal pour déconnecter ! Les photos sont toutes fidèles à la réalité. L’accès privatif à la plage nous a permis d’aller prendre un bain de mer matinal dès le réveil. Un vrai luxe! Chiara a été de très bons conseils, très réactive, et nous a très bien guidés tout au long de notre séjour. On sent que c’est une hôte qui accueille avec plaisir les voyageurs. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement pour un séjour à Ischia.

Wir haben das Osterwochen in Neapel verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet. Wir haben die Größe des Wohnzimmers und der Küche sehr geschätzt! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, nah zum Meer, Metro Station gleich daneben. Kann die Wohnung und den Service absolut empfehlen!

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Great condo in the heart of Napoli. Amazing views of the city from multiple directions on the balcony. A very bustling part of the city but feels very private up on the 6th floor. Easy checkin / checkout and great communication from the host. Would stay again.

Tout était parfait. L appartement est très bien situé géographiquement, très bien équipé avec tout le confort et magasins au pied de l immeuble. Fabia et Adrian sont bienveillants et toujours présents pour rendre service.Nous garderons un très bon souvenir. Le must parking privé ce qui est très appreciable à Naples. Merci Fabia et Adrian. we got what we expected

Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

Un logement spacieux, agréable et propre qui se trouve dans un immeuble très calme. Toutefois, situé dans un quartier de Naples très fréquenté et vivant, il faut s'attendre à entendre le bruit de la rue malgré la fenêtre en double-vitrage. La proximité du métro et d'un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport sont appréciables, de même que celle d'un petit supermarché alimentaire. Notre hôte a toujours répondu rapidement et a été attentive à nos demandes. Cela a rendu notre arrivée facile et le séjour agréable.

Marco's place is bigger and better than the photos suggest. A mix of old rustic and modern touches like the bathroom, made it a great place to stay. The drive and garden areas are beautiful, as is the view of Caserta and the mountains beyond. Marco and his mother, who lives on site, were great from start to finish and the language problem with 'mama' made it even more personal! The welcome basket was great and kept us in breakfast as snacks for our entire stay! Remember, this is not in Naples and you need a car. The area has a couple of places to eat, but that's it. It's easy to get to the big attractions and you never need to hit the centre traffic. The only downside, and this is not Marco's fault, is the neighbour's dog. It barks. A lot! Other than that, if you're prepared to drive like an Italian, much like playing Mario Cart, and want to get away from city chaos, with loads of space to call your temporary home....this is the place.
