Peace and Plenty Cottage, Gwynver, near Sennen.

A beautiful granite cottage, in a stunning cliff top position above Gwynver beach perfect for a couple, with sea views towards Sennen and the Isles of Scilly. A wood burner heats the cottage so it stays cosy in winter. Footpath to the beach from the cottage door and across the cliffs to the Coast Path. It is a compact but comfortable space and the bathroom has a shower. I rent it out Saturday to Saturday, I will make brownies for you and one of my chilli relishes will be with eggs if my🐓 oblige.

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Elmfield barn is conveniently situated on the A394 for exploring the beautiful west Cornwall coast and countryside. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.
