Private 1100 sq ft 2/2 bottom apartment of an amazing 2 story property, secluded on 1 acre in the hills of San Marcos in North San Diego County. Amazing views with a private patio, 2 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, kitchenette and laundry room. No living room. Salt Pool and spa available to renters. Pool is heated April - November. This is 1 of 2 rentals advertised on the property. The 2nd is a detached 2 BR home which shares the pool area with this listing. No 420 friendly (we have kids)

Trendy Studio, Natural Light - Heart of Downtown

Large studio with comfortable queen sized Murphy Bed, a love seat, private entrance and private bath. Located in Cortez Hill - walk to the nicest neighborhoods in downtown like Little Italy, Gaslamp, East Village, and the Embarcadero. There is no full kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator, small microwave, and a pot for heating water. This is an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, events at the Convention Center, Padres Games, great eateries, and the best of Downtown San Diego.

Lovely Hideaway Studio by Village-Private Patio

Enjoy the cool vibe at this unique rustic getaway tucked back on a tree-lined hill 5 minutes above City of La Mesa Village, 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. The studio is on the ground floor of our two-story house. We live on the 2nd floor, and the studio is it's own completely private space. 5 miles to San Diego State University; 16-20 miles to San Diego beaches; 10 miles to Downtown San Diego; 15 miles to Sea World San Diego; and 13 miles to the World Famous San Diego Zoo!
