John's place was where we based family for our wedding at a local Vineyard. The place is located well in Somerset with access to many local vineyards. We went into Charlottesville for dinner one night, and if you have a car the distance isn't a problem. The place is super clean and the kitchen is great for making a meals with friends and family. Will be back for weekend getaway some time.

John's greenhouse is the coolest little place tucked away on a beautiful hillside. It's a perfect getaway place for a couple to have a peaceful break from life. The location is away from people, yet minutes away from shopping, dining and wineries. John's property is great for dogs with plenty of room to get out and stretch their legs. We enjoyed it so much we booked another trip in the fall.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. The place was very cozy, located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. It was equipped with all the essentials and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

This was an amazing place to stay!

This is the second year straight spending a weekend at this property hosting my daughter’s birthday, and again it didn’t disappoint. Coming back again should say enough. Set back from the road in an idyllic wooded setting allows for great, quiet seclusion. Comfort abounds here with comfortable couches, beds and seating areas. Cozy fireplace outside if the night gets cool. If those are the qualities you require…stay here. I did. Twice.

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! Everything was spotless and beds were perfect (not too hard and not too soft). Our family of six unanimously wants to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in DC, Aman and Krista!

To start this review off, Amir was a lifesaver for our group. We had an issue with our other Airbnb where we booked and had to leave at 2:00 AM. Amir responded to our message very late at night and allowed a seamless check-in. Thank you so much! On top of that, we really loved our stay here! The space is very large and comfortable for a group. The coffee bar is stocked too! We loved the outdoor spaces but didn't end up really taking advantage of them. The house is well located in relation to DC and a short drive from the Metro (not walkable). It's a beautiful space and very modern! It's clean, safe, and perfect for a group that wants to spend time in DC and have a peaceful place to return to. A great place to stay!

Dan’s home is like stepping into a home of history and adventure. There are many pieces to view of his endless journeys throughout the world. The home is situated on a high bluff overlooking the Potomac. The views are gorgeous and many birds can be seen and heard. The gardens and plantings around the house breathe life to the landscape. The home itself is updated with high end kitchen and baths. Master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bath. 3 other bedrooms are very nice as well. Our stay was lovely and would recommend this home highly.

Beautiful big house with unique charm, in a beautiful area with the Chesapeake as the back drop. Great location for family to meet mid point from NJ, PA, and Virginia. The huge family table in the breezeway was a great place to gather for meals and games. The house worked for one of our family members with mobility issues with full bathrooms, and bedrooms on the 1st floor and no stairs to get in the back door. Went for over a 4 mile walk around the town one morning, beautiful landscapes, birds, boat docks, and a park. We enjoyed the fire pit, grilling food in winter, the dock on the property, hearing the church bells from a distance. Kyle is a great host! Would definitely return.

A nice room inside of a beautiful home! Heather was very kind and welcoming. The area was peaceful and very walkable with a metro nearby. Overall a great stay!

The home was amazing. More beautiful than the pictures could show. I love the corner lot effect. Not far from restaurants, grocery stores and local shopping. I would rent it again. I recommend it 100%

Drs. Ken & Sam were some of the best hosts I’ve had! They were extremely friendly, flexible, and provided very thorough instructions. They offered great amenities and provided a continental breakfast as well! They strived to go above and beyond to accommodate us and even joined us for conversation at breakfast. The estate is to die for and we would be more than happy to book with them again!

My partner, two dogs and I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost, the home was on a quiet, beautiful street, and the home itself was lovely and as described. Plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up with a book, do some work, or just ponder. It is a easily drivable to the metro and to plenty of things in and around Bethesda to do. Second, Kate was a great host. Very accommodating, incredibly nice, and always responsive. Two key points for travelers: 1. We are dog owners and travel frequently with our dogs. If you are too, we particularly recommend Kate as she was accommodating of our dogs (even let us know of the treat stash), which is very important. 2. Relatedly, if you are not a dog person, you should still stay here because there was absolutely no evidence that any dog had ever stayed there (not that we would mind, but we understand others may). No dog fur, not dog stains, no dog smell. The place was pristine. So don't let the positive review dogs, concern you. A+++
